The oil is made from a blend of Sicilian olive cultivars. The Cutrera family grows native varieties like Nocellara, Biancolilla and Tonda Iblea. Once harvested, the olives are cold-pressed within a few hours.
The result is a green-gold oil with bitter-spicy flavours. It’s bold but balanced, adding Mediterranean flavour to your recipes. Taste it on its own to discover notes of artichoke, almond and tomato.
