Giusti’s sweet and sour raspberry condiment is fresh and balanced with an enduring sweetness. It’s made from a blend of wine vinegar, grape must and fresh raspberry juice, creating a unique sweet, sour and fruity flavour.
This Italian condiment is incredibly versatile, pairing well with octopus, game and fresh fruit. You can drizzle it over raw and cooked vegetables or add a splash to cocktails and soft drinks. It also makes a fantastic raspberry vinaigrette to dress leafy green salads with goat’s cheese and red onion.
