Deba knives are a Japanese style of pointed carving knife primarily used for cutting fish but can also be applied to certain meats. -
CROMOVA 18 Steel
Created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel. -
Balanced Features
Based on Samurai tradition each Global knife has a hollow weighted handle to provide the right balance during use to provide excellent control. -
Hygienic Design
Seamlessly designed with smooth contours help to eliminate food and dirt traps, Global kitchen knives are handwash only. -
