Grand Rubren Peach Aperitif 15%ABV, 500ml
Grand Rubren’s peach aperitif has a sweet, summertime flavour. It captures the taste and aroma of sun-ripened peaches perfectly. Serve it over ice in chilled glasses as a pre-dinner drink. Or, add a splash of a glass of crémant or Champagne. It’s a wonderful alternative to crème de cassis.
Produced in France, this aperitif is made from white wine and a peach infusion. It won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2023. It’s very versatile and can be used in all kinds of cocktails, as well as baking and desserts.
When peaches are in season, blend them to a smooth purée and add some peach liqueur. This sweet, fragrant purée will keep in the fridge for about a week. Use it to make Bellinis, mojitos and juleps, garnished with sliced peaches.
For a quick dessert, pour a shot of peach liqueur over ice cream or fruit salad. It adds a sweet boozy kick to creamy desserts like cheesecake and semifreddo.
