Kalios 01 Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kalios 01 EVOO is a single variety, early-harvest Greek olive oil. It’s vibrant green with notes of cut grass and green apple. Use it for dressing and finishing to showcase its fresh flavour.
This extra virgin olive oil is made with cold-pressed Koroneiki olives. They are picked while still green at the beginning of the season.

This light, fruity oil complements all sorts of vegetable dishes. Drizzle it over asparagus, steamed greens and crunchy crudités. It’s a delicious dip for crusty bread and can be swirled over soups and salads.
The olives are grown in the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve their flavour.
Kalios olive oil is famous for its low acidity (less than 0.3%). Low acidity is an indicator of quality and the care taken when processing the olives. The result is a fresher flavour and an oil rich in antioxidants.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
