KitchenCraft Cook’s Muslin Square, 90cm
KitchenCraft’s cook’s muslin square makes steaming, straining and preserving achievable at home. Made of 100% woven cotton, the machine washable square is great for using in the following ways:
- Place it in a sieve and strain homemade stock through for a clear broth
- Make homemade ricotta with milk and sea salt, straining the curds through the muslin and allowing the curds to sit for 15 minutes, then gently squeezing to remove excess liquid
- Line a pudding basin with muslin before adding Christmas pudding mixture and steaming
- Brew homemade kombucha and use muslin to cover the liquid
