Messermeister’s sharpening guide makes whetstone sharpening easy and efficient. The ceramic guides are a simple way to maintain the perfect edge angle when using a whetstone. Clip the guide to the spine of your knife and maintain contact with the stone throughout the sharpening process. The ceramic guide smoothly glides across the whetstone at a precise distance, producing a perfect 15 degree angle.
This set of two sharpening guides includes a small and large clip. Use the large guide for blades that are wider than one inch, and the small guide for narrower blades.
