Bushy evergreen shrub with leathery leaves, young foliage starts bright red, turning pink and cream, before finally becoming green. Small cream flowers appear in spring.Holds the ‘RHS Award of Garden Merit’, due to its strong garden performance. Fully hardy, preferring a sheltered position in full sun or partial shade, performs better in acidic soil. Eventual size is 200cm Height, 150cm Spread.
