Sweet Chilli and Lemon Gourmet Spread, 150g
This sweet chilli and lemon spread has a fresh, zesty flavour. Made in Italy, it can be served as a sauce or condiment for all kinds of dishes.
The spread is sweet and sour with a subtle chilli kick. It’s made with a sweetened paprika sauce and Terra del Tuono’s lemon balsamic. The hint of spice is balanced by the citrusy notes of the balsamic condiment.
Pair this gourmet spread with seafood and grilled vegetables. You can use it to make a tangy glaze for tiger prawns and spears of asparagus. The sweet-sour flavour is delicious with fresh and aged cheeses, such as ricotta and pecorino.
The spread has a vibrant orange colour. Add small dots and drizzles to canapés to create appetisers worthy of a restaurant kitchen.
This spread is made by Acetaia Terra del Tuono. Based in Emilia-Romagna, they have been producing balsamic vinegar since 1892.
