Six-array microphone
While the CP700 only includes a single microphone, the Yealink CP900 boasts a six-microphone array for full 360-degree coverage. This makes it ideal for medium sized meeting rooms, as it can comfortably accommodate up to eight participants in a conference call.
Portable design
Despite being such an advanced conference speaker, the CP900 is still easily portable. It weighs only 320g, so while it may have a little more weight to it than the CP700, it can still be easily slipped into a laptop bag or rucksack without weighing you down. And to protect the speaker while in transit, the CP900 comes with a carry case as standard.
Intelligent connectivity
Although it offers the sort of performance one would expect from a more high-end conference phone, the Yealink CP900 is still remarkably easy to use. Just connect it up to your device via Bluetooth, and it will be ready to go right away. You can even connect with up to 3 devices simultaneously, which is great if you need to use it with both your laptop and smartphone. And for devices without Bluetooth, the CP900 boasts a built-in USB cable, as well as a Bluetooth USB dongle, too.
Intuitive user interface
All of the controls you need are built into the CP900, meaning you can control calls directly from the speaker itself. These light up when the CP900 is powered up, and the intuitive layout makes it simple to use. It even includes a dedicated Microsoft Teams button, making this conference speaker an excellent choice for remote workers.
